Glasgow born and raised, Ruth Emery spent the first decade of her career working at both indie and major record labels including a 6 year stint at Polydor/Universal where she worked on artist campaigns for huge international artists such as Madonna, Gwen Stefani and Enrique Iglesias. In 2012 Ruth left her corporate career to set up her PR agency Yes Please which is now 12 years old. She has had the absolute pleasure of working with artists past and present including Prince, Run The Jewels, elbow, blur, Yeah Yeah Yeahs, Pet Shop Boys and Arlo Parks. In 2020 she launched her Artist Coaching arm of the company and has been working with a wide range of artists at different stages of their careers ever since. Wellness and activating healthy working routines is at the heart of what she does alongside creating bespoke tool-kits for Artists to avoid burn-out and navigating busy media schedules.
