Kate Hendry is Head of Label Operations at Absolute Label Services, a role she has excelled and grown the last decade. 

Kate’s passion for music began at an early age, and she credits her upbringing for the uniquely varied musical taste that has gotten her everywhere in her career so far. She started at Virgin Records America, then went onto work in artist management at No Half Measures for the first half of her career.

Some of her successes to date have been Sea Power’s first ever UK top 5 album, edbl recordings hitting its 120M streams milestone, Kula Shaker’s latest album, Kaiser Chiefs’ latest charting album out earlier this year; plus chart successes with Babymetal, Newton Faulkner & Jake Shears before that. Up-and-coming acts of note include Taura Lamb, Temptress & James Berkeley.
