Dr Diljeet Kaur Bhachu is an Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Officer at the Musicians’ Union. She has been a long-standing activist with the MU prior to taking up this role, and continues to be active in the music industries and academia as a musician, lecturer and advocate for equalities issues. Diljeet is a participant in the 2025 Keychange Talent Leadership Programme.
