Lucy joined the TikTok Music team 6 months ago in the role of Label Partnerships Manager, working closely with Warner Music Group, AWAL, ADA, Domino, Platoon, Ingrooves, Dirty Hit, Defected Records and Supernature to help their artists maximise their potential on TikTok. During her time at TikTok she has worked on campaigns for #1 singles such as Gayle's 'abcdefu' and #1 albums such as Charli XCX's 'CRASH', promoted LIVEs, promoted previews as well as supporting labels and artists with day to day account management, best practice and campaign support.
Before moving to TikTok, Lucy spent over 4 years in the marketing team at Universal Music (UMC), where she led marketing campaigns for some of the world's biggest catalogue artists including the Beatles, The Rolling Stones, Def Leppard, UB40 and Massive Attack.
Prior to working at Universal Music Lucy has worked in artist management, at an independent record label, a radio station and at a music event company.
