Musicians’ Union presents ‘Half The World Away’ a panel discussion exploring the UK live sector’s new relationship with Europe with a focus on how we remove the barriers British musicians are facing when working in the EU.

Through this forward-looking conversation Musicians’ Union and a panel of leading campaigning voices will share their experiences and unpick what the developing touring landscape now looks like as well as traversing what we can do together as an industry to improve conditions.

The UK’s world-leading live music sector relies not only on the ability to attract the world’s greatest talent but is also contingent on being able to disseminate the finest homegrown acts across the continent and this panel will seek to establish how we can continue to export the exceptional contribution musicians in the North of England make to global culture.
